The vessel is characterized by its distinctive melon-fluted spherical body, resting on a small foot, above which rises a tall, elegant neck terminating in a high, projecting spout. the curved handle, practically and aesthetically designed, where both function and visual impact were carefully balanced.

Ewers of this type were essential objects in daily and ceremonial life, used for pouring water or other liquids, often in ritual or courtly settings. their elaborate forms and decoration indicate that they also served as status symbols within elite society.
