The last page with a prayer for completion of the recitation of the Quran (Dua'a al-khatm) and signed 'written by Ibrahim Rusdi, known as Hafiz al-Quran, student of Mustafa Al-Saker and dated in 1236AH'.

No information could be found regarding the life of İbrahim Rüşdî Efendi. He learned the art of calligraphy (hüsn-i hat) from Halîl Şükrî Efendi and received his certification (ijazah) from him. He, in turn, granted calligraphy certification to many students. After performing the Hajj pilgrimage, he passed away on 17 Shawwal 1267 AH / August 14, 1851 CE and was buried near Shaykh Hamdullah in the Karacaahmet Cemetery in Üsküdar.
