Of distinctive bulbous, tulip-shaped form, finely painted in underglaze cobalt-blue with flowering peonies, bamboo, rocks and foliage, the rounded body encircled by a band of ruyi heads and stylised pointed leaves, surmounted by a tall central neck with a globular upper section and five smaller apertures arranged around it. The vessel raised on five short, rounded feet, the decoration executed in varying tones of cobalt-blue, Height: 27 cm. repair at neck attachment.
