This impressive 19th-century famille rose vase features a tall cylindrical body rising to a wide, straight neck, beautifully adorned with finely detailed enamel decoration. The main register depicts a lively gathering of figures—scholars, attendants, and immortals—rendered in vibrant pinks, greens, yellows, and blues typical of famille rose palette. Each figure is carefully outlined and shaded, bringing expressive movement and narrative depth to the scene. Around the shoulder, a band of hexagonal panels contains alternating floral motifs and geometric patterns, delicately executed with soft enamel tones. The neck continues the storytelling theme with smaller figures engaged in scholarly and celebratory activities, adding harmony between upper and lower sections.
