A LARGE CHINESE UNDERGLAZE COPPER RED AND BLUE AND WHITE 'DRAGON' VASE, QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)

The vase is decorated with a bold writhing dragon with scales in underglaze copper red which winds itself around the body and up the neck, all on a ground of densely foaming waves. The rim is decorated with a keyfret band and the base is unglazed.
48.8 cm height

Appears to be in overall good condition, with light surface wear.
