A Tibetan gilt bronze figure of Maitreya

The figure is cast with a serene expression, the cold gilt head with pigment highlights on his eyes, lips, and hair. He wears a robe on one shoulder which folds down to his feet which are seated in dhyanasana. The basepate is lacquered red. With a textile covering of geometric decoration.
