Each of the two doors of the shrine shows a crest: left the platycodon-flower (kikyō) of the Chisan-branch of the esoteric Shingon-school. Right an unidentified crest. Above a round lotus-throne stands a form of the Eleven Headed Kannon (Jūichimen Kannon). In Sanskrit: Ekadasamukha: The Jūichimen Senju Sengan Kannon, Kannon with Eleven heads, "Thousand" Hands and "Thousand" Eyes. The central hands folded in front of the breast and standing before a round halo. The gilded figure has a fine carved face.
Height of the Kannon: 26.50 cm.
