A Chinese doucai 'scrolling lotus' vase

The vase modelled after a metal original, the body and domed foot are decorated with scrolling lotus, separated by a lappet and floral scroll. The bulbous neck is decorated with a further floral scroll, all below a band of spearheads and ruyi-heads to the rim. The base with an apocryphal Qianlong mark.
