A Chinese Ming-style blue and white conical bowl, lianzi wan

The bowl is crafted with steep sides, the exterior is painted a band of elongated lotus petals below a keyfret border at the rim. The interior is decorated with a loquat spray encircled by a leafy scroll of alternating camellia and chrysanthemum. The rim is decorated with a band of tumultuous waves.
