A silver-mounted Chinese blue and white moulded 'Kraak porcelain' wine pot

The piece is modelled an upright handle and spout stemming from a mythical beast head, the tip of the spout is mounted with silver. The body is moulded with upright and inverted pomegranate-shaped panels enclosing stiff leaves, flowers, and a brocade pattern. The cover is decorated with flower head roundels on a brocade ground.
