A pair of Chinese white-jade inset cloisonné enamel wall vases

Each vase is inset with a white jade panel inscribed with a Qianlong imperial poem 'Chu Xi' and the other with a zodiac poem, all surrounded by archaistic scrolls on a turquoise ground. The base and reverse are left gilt.
