A Chinese famille verte biscuit phoenix tail vase

The vase is decorated with panels enclosing various flowers, plants, birds, and insects, and smaller cartouches enclosing landscape scenes and fish, all on a ground of butterflies and further flowers on a seeded ground above a lappet band at the foot. The shoulder is decorated with a diaper band interspersed with precious objects cartouches.
