The small shrine is modelled with a central domed opening decorated with a band of Buddhist lion masks suspending garlands, all supporting a central column all covered in a lustrous brown glaze in imitation of bronze. The upper platform and upper part of the stand is enamelled in faux bois, and the lower part of the stand is enamelled in imitation of puddingstone. The base bears an apocryphal Qianlong mark.
