A pair of Chinese yellow-ground 'bajixiang' gu vases

Each vase is decorated to neck and foot with the Eight Buddhist Emblems, bajixiang, amongst scrolling lotus on a yellow ground above a lappet band to slender neck and a ruyi band to waist. Each neck with an apocryphal Qianlong mark. The interiors and bases are glazed turquoise.
