A Cantonese carved ivory letter rack

The letter rack is finely carved and pierced to the centre with multiple stacked trays for letters, the trays decorated with figures at leisure. The backboard is carved with further Immortals mirrored on both sides, all on a ground of scrolling flowers and foliage.
