An ormolu-mounted blue and white ewer

Reference: ART10083

The pear-shaped body with a serpentine spout attached to the body with a stretcher, s-shaped handle and decorated with clouds in underglaze blue. The body is decorated with large flower sprays amongst patterned bands all above a petal band by the foot.

Condition: some fritting, a minute hairline to the stretcher and some glaze missing to the lower end of the handle.
