A Chinese famille rose 'Li Bai' cup and cover

The cup is decorate to one side with the poet Li Bai and his attendant walking in the moonlight below a bat in flight all below an iron-red and gilt floral border at the rim. The reverse is inscribed with a poem and dated autumn of jichou year and signed Hui Fuqing. The domed cover is similarly decorated and is surmounted by a peach finial.
