A Chinese iron-red-decorated blue and white 'dragon' dish

The dish is decorated to the interior with an iron-red sinuous dragon on a ground of foaming waves. The exterior is decorated with nine iron-red dragons on a wave ground below a band of interlocking pierced cash symbols.
