A Large Chinese blue and white 'dragon and flower' charger

The charger is decorated with two confronting four-clawed dragons winding through amongst large blossoming peonies and chrysanthemums encircled by a ruyi-head band. The rim is decorated with a demi-prunus band. The reverse is decorated with three bamboo sprays.
