A large Chinese blue and white foliate tureen stand

The stand is decorated to the centre with chrysanthemum, peony, and asters below a willow tree and a dragonfly in flight. The cavetto is encircled by a spearhead band, and the rim is decorated with shaped border enclosing scholars objects and butterflies on a whorl ground.
