A large Chinese Ming-style blue and white 'mythical beasts' gu vase

The lobed vase is decorated to the foot and body with panels enclosing various auspicious beasts below pine trees, all below a band of key frets and ruyi heads to the shoulder, and a raised striding dragon band to the neck. The flaring section of the neck is decorated with flowers growing from rocks. The rim with an apocryphal Wanli mark.
