A green glazed pottery model of a watch tower

Reference: ART100765

The tower is modelled with a separate sloping tiled square roof, the raised rectangular tower with two pierced balconies and four guards standing at each corner of the lower balcony and armed with crossbows. The exterior is incised with lozenge pattern panels. The basin below is modelled with an everted rim, and encloses numerous ducks, fish and turtles.

Condition: very minor repairs.
