A Chinese yixing 'dragon and phoenix' teapot and cover

The globular teapot is decorated a c-shaped handle and a straight spout, the exterior is decorated with a moulded band of phoenix and clouds to the shoulder and a band of striding dragons chasing the flaming pearl to the body. The foot is decorated with two sinuous chilong. The flat cover is decorated with three cloud scrolls and is surmounted by a spherical finial.
