A Chinese famille rose moulded 'floral' teapot and cover

The teapot is moulded into lobes and decorated in famille rose enamels with panels enclosing flowers in en grisaille, all reserved on an enamelled pattered ground. The handle is moulded in relief as a thorny rose stem. The foliate cover is decorated with a lotus bud finial surrounded by petals.
