A Chinese Qianjiang-style famille rose square-section vase

The vase is decorated with two slightly bulging sides each with a fixed-ring Buddhist lion handle above a prunus branch and below an auspicious inscription. One flat side is decorated with a scholar on a donkey and his attendant and the other side with a bird perched on a branch above a chrysanthemum flower with an inscription dated jiachen year and signed. The base is with a three-character 'Songbai xuan' mark (Studio of Pine and Cypress). Decorated by the artist Weng Zhang.
