A Chinese zitan libation cup and stand

The lobed tapered cup is carved in an archaistic fashion with taotie designs above stiff leaves, and a double openwork chilong handle to one side. It stands on a quatrefoil stand carved with ruyi-heads.

The height of cup without stand: 12.2 cm. high, 13 cm wide Height overall: 15.2 cm.
