A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE 'PHOENIX' DISH

The interior is decorated with two confronting phoenix in flight amongst scrolling lotus, the cavetto is decorated in an anhua design of further phoenix and scrolling lotus, all below a classic scroll to the rim. The exterior is decorated with two further phoenix in flight amongst lotus scrolls. The base bears an apocryphal Xuande mark.
