The bodhisattva is seated in padmasana with a serene downward gaze wearing a tiara centred with Amitabha before his blue hair in a high chignon. He wears a goat pelt tied to one shoulder, a dhoti tied at the waist decorated with gilt flowers, each hand holds a lotus stem. The base is impressed with an apocryphal Qianlong seal. The double lotus stand is decorated with moulded petals painted in various enamels, the upper surface is decorated in imitation of a lotus root.
