A massive Chinese famille rose 'dragon and phoenix' charger

The charger is decorated to the interior with a front-facing dragons in iron red surrounded by four striding dragons all amongst cloud and flame scrolls enclosed by a ruyi head band. The flat everted rim is decorated with a flower scroll. The reverse is decorated with phoenix in flight amongst flower scrolls. One edge of the interior with an apocryphal Qianlong seal.
