A Chinese blue and white plate

The plate is decorated to the central roundel with flowers and lingzhi fungus, surrounded by a patterned border. The rim is decorated with a band of birds on flowering branches. The reverse with further flower sprays. The base with a seal mark reading 'Qing zhi'.
