The screen is crafted as a display cabinet, duobaoge, with inlays in various stones such as soapstone, lapis lazuli, glass, cloisonné enamel, depicting precious objects, elephants, auspicious fruits, and vases all on a ground mustard-yellow lacquer. The reverse is decorated with a landscape scene in gilt lacquer. 99.5 x 79 cm.
