A large Chinese blue and white 'warriors' charger

The dish is decorated to the centre with three figures on horseback, each bearing a different weapon, amongst trees and rocks. The panel is surrounded by birds in flight and flower sprays, and the rim is decorated with further bird and flower panels. The reverse is decorated with flower sprays and the base with a parasol enclosed by a precious object within a double circle.
