A pair of Chinese famille rose ‘dragon and phoenix’ vases

Each vase is decorated with two iron-red stylised mythical beast handles to the neck. Each vase is boldly decorated in mirror image with a phoenix with a sun and a dragon chasing the flaming pearl all amongst scrolling clouds between a ruyi-head band to the rim and a lappet band to the foot.
