The jade carving consists of a guanyin modelled standing on rock work with a seated boy, wearing long-sleeved robes falling in graceful folds open at the chest, her hair is worn in plaits that fall onto her shoulders. one hand resting on her chest, the face with downcast eyes and benign expression, the zitan base is carved as double lotus base with pierced borders. The stone is of an even pale tone. All in a Zitan box ,The cover is carved with a rectangular panel enclosing a Chinese calligraphy with carved clouds, all with a large rectangular panel.

The height of the Guanyin with stand is 26.00 cm.The measurements of the box are 36.00 x 19.00 x 12.00 cm.
