A Gandharan grey schist Buddha

The Buddha, probably Shakyamuni, is carved with one arm raised and with his sanghati drawn over his shoulder. His face bears a serene expression below his hair tied over his ushnisha. A circular halo is carved to the reverse. Figure is attached to the stand.
