A large Chinese blue and white spiral moulded dish

Reference: ART1001160

The dish is moulded in floral form, the interior is decorated in pencil style with petal-shaped panels alternating enclosing monkeys holding peaches perched on pine trees and scrolling peonies. The central roundel is decorated with two confronting phoenix amongst scrolling peonies. The reverse is decorated with alternating peonies and lotus. The base with an artemisia leaf in underglaze blue.
