A Roman gold ring, hollow, with a small carnelian intaglio of horse to the left, lowering its head. A very elegantly made ring of robust construction with a small but attractive intaglio. The stone has been treated in order to have a slightly whitish hue on its surface in order to contrast with the engraving.
