AN EARLY BRONZE AGE BIRD PENDANT

A flat brown basalt pendant with a piercing for suspension. The amulet is finely fashioned and flat to lie against the chest of the wearer. The bird represented seems to be a partridge/guinea fowl game bird. 3/4th millennium BC.
