Possibly Coalbrookdale Foundry, with raised circular platform above two further tiers of openwork foliate platforms, the three supports terminating in scrolled supports.

Multi-tiered plant stands of this type were very popular from the 1860's through the early 20th century and the Coalbrookdale Foundry produced many varying designs for similar types.
