The top is richly decorated with symmetrical scrolls and floral motifs. In the center sits a sculpted face of a bearded man and an open mouth, from which water flows. Above the face, you can see shell-shaped ornaments. The basin is a robust and rectangular with rounded corners and a thick rim.
