A finely cast bronze incense burner of rectangular form, raised on four short feet and surmounted by a pierced domed cover with openwork decoration and a distinctive finial. The vessel is fitted with an elongated zoomorphic handle terminating in the head of an animal. The surface displays a rich green and reddish-brown patina, enhancing the sculptural character of the piece. 19 by 10 by 33 cm.
