A finely illuminated Persian manuscript folio comprising poems in bold Thuluth script, accompanied by a passage from Surah al-Fath (Qur’an 48) executed in elegant Naskh script, and a calligraphic signature in Nastaliq. The texts are arranged within elaborately illuminated borders, with the composition further enhanced by delicate floral and arabesque ornament in blue, gold, red and black. 12 by 21 cm
