Arabic manuscript on paper, the first and last lines written in large, elegant black thuluth script, the two central lines in smaller naskh script; all reserved within cloud bands against a sprinkled gilt ground; ruled with gilt and polychrome floral-decorated borders; the margins richly adorned with stylised floral motifs in gold and blue.
Signed: written by al-Faqir Shaykh Zādeh al-Alai'wi.
Framed and glazed.
