In three sections comprising a tripod base, waisted shaft and circular tray, with allover incised and inlaid decoration; the tripod base with three legs with diagonal supports and five tear-drop shaped recesses, each with a pole-medallion containing a palmette vine curving up to a lobed rim, the three legs terminating in hooves, the shaft in the form of waisted moldings, the tray with raised section with a central roundel containing concentric bands of cursive inscription and a trefoil border, the rim with inscription cartouches with roundels in between.
