The lower section of the blade bears gold-inlaid inscriptions in nasta‘liq script, likely verses or invocations. Both the hilt and sheath are crafted from steel and lavishly engraved and gilded with figural and animal hunting scenes, a motif closely associated with Persian royal imagery.
