Made from a thick brass sheet and of rectangular form, this object features a fitted cover. The cover is engraved and inlaid with silver, showcasing three roundels each enclosing princely figures, set beneath a band of Kufic inscriptions. The sides are similarly adorned, with roundels enclosing individual figures beneath bands of inscriptions rendered in angular Kufic script.

Executed in elegant Kufic script with pronounced letterheads, the inscription reads:
"El-sa‘āda wa-l-baraka wa-l-salāma wa-l-‘āfiya wa-l-karāma li-ṣāḥibihā" —
"Happiness, blessings, safety, well-being, and dignity to its owner."
