This grand and exquisite embroidery was designed to surround a mosque’s mihrab—the niche that indicates the direction of Mecca, which worshippers face during prayer. It is adorned with intricate Islamic inscriptions beautifully crafted in copper thread.

Dimensions: 240 cm in height, 150 cm in width. The piece is preserved in excellent condition.
