An Arabic manuscript on paper, containing a Quranic juz (section) 9ff., with 10 lines of text, written in black Naskh script. The manuscript includes an interlinear Persian translation in red ink, with gold verse markers outlined in black and pointed by blue dots. It is ruled with blue and gold borders. The opening bifolio is decorated with gilt and polychrome designs, and features marginal floral motifs indicating "Nisf Hizb." The last page is signed: "Written by Ali Mohamed Mouhir Ali al-Khvansari" and dated 1275 AH / 1859 AD. The manuscript is gilded by Ismail bin Abdullah al-Khvansari and housed in a leather binding. Inscriptions: Surah Al-Nour and Surah Al-Mulk. Dimensions: 18 x 26 cm.
