A Persian manuscript on paper, comprising four lines of finely executed black nastaʿlīq script, inscribed within cloud-shaped reserves set against a richly illuminated field of dense floral scrollwork. Signed at the lower margin, "written by al-Faqir Seyyid Nasr al-Din," and dated 1342 AD. 29 by 20 cm.
