Arabic manuscript on paper, 271 folios with 2 fly-leaves, 15 lines per page, written in black naskh script with red roundel verse markers. Occasional marginal notes indicate "Hizb" and "Juz". Surah headings are in red ink, and each page is ruled with a red border. The last page is signed: "Written by al-Faqir Muhammed bin Abdul-Kadir" and dated Tuesday, 25 Rabi' I, 1237 AH / 1821 AD.
Bound in black leather morocco with a flap.
